Q. How long does it take for you to send me
my title once I've ordered it?
A. We normally ship titles the next working
day, if there are any delays then we will let you
know ASAP.
Q. Is PayPal the only way to place my order
A. Currently PayPal is the only online method,
if you wish to pay by cheque or postal order then
please contact us before
placing your order and we will provide you with
details of how to do this.
Q. I have added an item to my basket, but it
does not appear when I view my basket
A. This is most likely an indication that
you have got cookies disabled, or the privacy settings
on your computer set too high, if you enable session
cookies (normally a setting under tools/options/privacy).
Q. What is your policy on returns
A. We want you to be happy every time you shop with us. As such we will be happy to refund the cost price of an item if the return results either from an error made by us or from a defective item. To make a return, please give the reason for the return and wrap the package securely.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items becoming damaged or lost in transit. Therefore, we would highly recommend taking out the insurance option that we offer at check out.
